Within the US send:

1. A check or money order made payable to WGI for $10.00 per copy plus Priority postage of $4.60
2. A self-addressed adhesive mailing label. (We will provide packaging.)

Outside the US send:

1. A money order or bank draft made payable to WGI in US funds for $10.00 per copy plus Airmail postage of $10.
2. A self-addressed adhesive mailing label. (We will provide packaging.)

Copies will be held for 30 days from receipt of email reservation. After that time, they will be released to others.
